Is there a warranty for miners?

All mining devices come with a warranty, the duration of which depends on the specific model. It includes free or shareware maintenance and repairs in case of malfunctions during the warranty period.

Can you help me set up the equipment?

We offer assistance to our clients in the process of registering on a mining pool and setting up their equipment. In addition to this, our company is ready to help in organizing a place to accommodate miners. Our employees are ready to provide full support at all stages of launching mining operations.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for the equipment either in cash or by credit card. Non-cash payments are provided for legal entities. Detailed payment terms are discussed with the manager.

How is equipment delivered?

Equipment is dispatched from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 19:00. Delivery is carried out by transport companies "Business Lines" or "Sdek" to choose from: to the terminal or with targeted delivery.

When will my miner be delivered to the data center?

On average, delivery to the data center in the city of Abakan takes up to 7 days; in some cases, we can connect the miner on the same day it was ordered.
